With over a decade of experience in the marketing and entrepreneurial world, Lindsey has been helping businesses launch, grow, and scale since founding Raine Digital in 2012. Before creating her own agency, Lindsey served in a hybrid role as an admin and creative director at a church, where she honed her ability to balance organization with creativity—skills that now define her leadership style.
A self-starter and experiential learner, Lindsey thrives on constant growth. She’s a data-driven INTP who pairs creativity with technology to build innovative strategies that drive growth. Her ability to blend analytical thinking with a visionary mindset has shaped Raine Digital into a leading growth agency.
In 2022, Lindsey’s husband, Christopher, joined the executive team, bringing a fresh perspective and expanded capabilities to the agency. With a successful career in the manufacturing world—where he was often brought in to solve complex problems for manufacturing plants of all types—he’s applied those skills to help entrepreneurs streamline their operations and achieve sustainable growth. Together, they’ve created a dynamic partnership that empowers clients to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.
